Ronan Chris Murphy has spent his career working around the world as a record producer, recording engineer, and songwriter, but for the last couple of decades he has had a smaller and more personal career as a photographer. Much of his photography is closely connected to his music work and draws inspiration from his travels, and the musicians and performers he comes into contact with.
His work has been shown in galleries and exhibitions in Massachusetts, California and Italy. His photography has been featured in several magazines including Decibel, Mix and Adirondack Life, and can also be found as part the artwork for several albums, most recently the newly released live album by alternative rock pioneers Husker Du.
